Reblz Sportsbook Review: MGA Licence and the €400 Offer

How we earn We may be paid when you open an account through links on this page. It never changes the facts we report. How we review

Reblz is a sportsbook and casino run by Elmst Limited, a Malta company, under a Malta Gaming Authority licence (MGA/B2C/1055/2024). Its sports welcome offer is 100% up to €400 on the first sports deposit with code WELCOME400, with a 6x rollover on deposit plus bonus at minimum odds of 1.50. It is one of the few sportsbooks on our list with an EU licence, and its terms are unusually complete. It does not accept players from the United States or 32 other listed countries, and it holds no UK Gambling Commission licence, so it is not for UK residents.

Who can open a Reblz account?

Section 2 of Reblz’s terms lists its excluded territories: Afghanistan, Albania, Anguilla, Barbados, Botswana, Cambodia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Fiji, Ghana, Guam, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jamaica, Mauritius, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Palau, Panama, Samoa, Seychelles, Sudan, Syria, the Bahamas, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, the United States (including its territories), the US Virgin Islands, Vanuatu, Yemen and Zimbabwe, plus any country where registration would conflict with local law. You must be 18 or over. Great Britain is not on that list, but only Gambling Commission licensees may serve British customers, and Reblz is not one, so we do not present it to UK readers. Many other countries also require a national licence; check your local rules before registering.

Who runs Reblz, and how do you verify the licence?

The footer and terms name Elmst Limited, company registration number C98783, with a registered address at The Bastions Office No. 2, Emvin Cremona Street, Floriana, Malta. Elmst holds Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/1055/2024, issued on 18 December 2024. To verify it, search for Elmst Limited on the MGA’s licensee register and check that the number and status match; our licence check guide shows the steps. The same company runs several other brands on the same platform, so the terms, cashier and support processes look similar across them; the licence check is the same for each.

Our verdict on Reblz

Reblz is a solid choice for bettors in countries it accepts who value a strong licence and clear rules over the biggest headline offer. The MGA licence brings an approved dispute body and published complaint steps, the sports welcome terms are specific enough to value properly, and instant bank withdrawals are fast where available. The drawbacks are a shorter payment list than some rivals, no crypto, withdrawal caps that matter for big winners, and an English-only experience in euros for most markets. We rate it 4.3 out of 5 under our method, described on our about page.

How does the Reblz sports welcome offer work?

The offer is a 100% match on your first sports deposit of €20 or more, up to €400, claimed by entering WELCOME400 on the Sports campaigns page. Its terms, valid until 23:59 CET on 31 January 2027, set these conditions:

  • Wager deposit plus bonus 6 times before the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • Qualifying bets must be at odds of 1.50 or higher; in combos, every leg must be at 1.50 or more.
  • Only up to 20% of the awarded bonus counts towards the rollover per bet.
  • Cashed-out, void and partly void bets do not count; repeat bets on the same market count only once.
  • Real money is used before bonus money, and withdrawing real funds before completion forfeits the bonus.
  • Maximum conversion to withdrawable cash is 10 times the bonus; the time limit is 21 days.

Worked example: a €150 deposit

Deposit €150 and receive a €150 bonus. The rollover is (€150 + €150) × 6 = €1,800 of qualifying bets, and each bet counts for at most €30 (20% of the bonus), so you need at least 60 counted bets at odds of 1.50 or higher within 21 days. If those bets carry an average 5% margin, the expected cost of the turnover is about €90, against a €150 bonus, for a rough expected value of +€60. That is a fair offer on paper, but the swings over 60 bets are large, and many players run out of balance before finishing. If you do not plan to place that many bets in three weeks, decline the bonus; our bonuses guide explains how to decide.

What else does the sportsbook offer?

Reblz’s sports page lists a daily free bet worth 10% of your first bet of the day, up to €40; acca bonuses on multiples; combo insurance that returns the stake if one leg of a multiple loses; early payout offers on football, ice hockey, basketball and American football; and weekly cashback paid as free bets based on betting activity. Check each promotion’s own terms before opting in: free bets do not return the stake, and early payout applies only to named markets. The sportsbook covers the main international sports, with live betting. We did not sample its odds margins for this review; you can compare them yourself in minutes with the method on our betting odds page.

Payments, withdrawals and verification

Reblz’s payments page lists Instant Bank Transfer (in selected regions), Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Jeton and Revolut. Deposits are instant. Instant Bank Transfer withdrawals are processed the same working day, according to the site, and other withdrawals within two working days, subject to verification; the terms say withdrawals are processed within 72 hours once identity documents are complete. The minimum withdrawal is €20, with caps of €5,000 per rolling 24 hours and €20,000 per rolling 30 days. Withdrawals normally go back to the deposit method.

A useful detail in the bonus terms (2.5): e-wallet deposits such as Neteller, Skrill or paysafecard are not eligible for casino deposit bonuses, but sportsbook bonuses carry no such restriction. The methods are compared in our payment methods guide.

Support, complaints and safer betting

Support is by 24/7 live chat and email ([email protected]). If a complaint is not resolved, clause 17.1 of the terms names eCOGRA Limited as the alternative dispute resolution body, with the MGA as a further contact. The terms also set out what happens to balances when a player self-excludes: remaining deposited funds can be withdrawn without wagering requirements. Deposit limits and self-exclusion are available from the account; see our safer betting page for how to use them and where to get free help.
