The 99 Bookmakers Editorial Team reads every message sent to [email protected]. Email is the only way to reach us; we do not run live chat or phone lines, and we never contact readers first to offer bets, tips or bonuses.
What to write to us about
- Corrections: a fact on a page that is wrong or has changed, such as a licence, an offer or a restricted country. Please include the page address and, if you can, a link to the source.
- Bookmaker information: if you represent an operator and want to point us to updated terms, send the official page; listing is never sold, and facts are checked independently.
- General questions about our guides or how we review.
- Privacy requests about any data you have sent us, as described in our privacy policy.
What we cannot help with
We are not a bookmaker and cannot see or change betting accounts, deposits or withdrawals. For a problem with a bet or a payment, contact the bookmaker first and then follow the complaint route in its terms; our licence check guide explains how. We cannot give legal, tax or financial advice, and we cannot recommend bookmakers to readers in countries they do not accept, including the US and the UK.
How quickly we reply
We aim to answer correction reports and questions within a few working days. Reports that affect a fact readers rely on, such as a licence or a restricted country, are checked first.
If you need help with gambling
If betting is causing you or someone close to you harm, please do not wait for a reply from us. Free, confidential support is available internationally from Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org) and Gambling Therapy (gamblingtherapy.org). In the US, call or text 1-800-MY-RESET. More services and tools are listed on our safer betting page. You can read about who we are on our about page.
